Doug Plucknette

After working nine years as the President of Reliability Solutions, Inc, Doug Plucknette joined Allied Reliability as RCM Discipline Leader in July of 2007.  As the founder of RCM Blitz™ and Author of the book Reliability Centered Maintenance using RCM Blitz™, he has provided Reliability Training and services to numerous companies around the world, large and small including such Fortune 500 companies as Cargill, Whirlpool, Honda, Coors Brewing, Energizer, Corning, Invista, and Newmont Mining.   

Doug has made key contributions to standard reliability measures for manufacturing, and reliability training programs for engineers, managers, technicians, and skilled trades.  He has trained numerous client RCM Facilitators and performed RCM analyses in hundreds of pieces of manufacturing equipment.  Doug has worked with Rochester Institute of Technology to help develop three Reliability Engineering courses that are now offered in RIT’s Reliability Maintenance Certificate Program and holds a certificate in each.
Doug lives in Spencerport, New York with his wife and is a proud father and grandfather. In his spare time, he enjoys water skiing and high school sports.

Maury Torrey

Maury brings with him with over 25 years of experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry. Maury began his Maintenance and Reliability career with 3 years in the Unites States Air Force and 2 years in the US Reserves. Mr. Torrey has trained over 300 RCM Facilitators and conducted in excess of 400 RCM analyses. Maury serves as a Reliability Professional with the Reliability Engineering Services Division of Allied Reliability and will primarily be responsible for our RCM Blitz™ deliverable as well as other opportunities where his extensive knowledge of Maintenance Management, OEE and Reliability Centered Maintenance can best serve our clients.

Kirk Wolfinger

Kirk brings more than 40 years of experience in maintenance and reliability, specifically 34 years in Discrete Manufacturing and 16 years in Lean Manufacturing. His areas of expertise are Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), TPM, Operator Care, Lean and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). He excels at work culture change management, mentoring and coaching.

Bob O’Bannon

A Senior Reliability Professional and Instructor with GPAllied, has over 27 years experience in Maintenance and Reliability. Prior to joining the GPAllied team in January of 2007, he worked with various companies to begin or enhance Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs and improve asset reliability. Although Bob is experienced in the application of almost all Condition Monitoring technologies, he knows that reliability improvement requires addressing both culture and technology. He enjoys helping clients succeed by focusing on creating or improving their processes and procedures, while utilizing the most cost effective application of PdM technologies and preventive maintenance (PM) to address equipment failure modes. This type of holistic approach ensures that they minimize downtime and unnecessary maintenance expense, while improving throughput and quality.

Erich H. Scheller, CMRP

Mr. Scheller has over 35 years experience in Asset Management and Reliability Consulting, including over 30 years experience with BASF AG. Erich is an accomplished leader in team development and motivation, with a unique ability to combine technical expertise, project coordination and interpersonal development towards the execution of complex problem resolutions. As a Senior Reliability Professional at GPAllied, Erich is currently directly responsible for the delivery of Asset Reliability Processes, Procedures and Tools. He is a disciplined and results-oriented Senior Leader with extensive experience in international manufacturing environments.
